Water
Water is a liquid paradox. If not enough, you can die from dehydration, and if too much, you can die from water intoxication. You need it to live, but unless you're in the middle of a flood or a drought, you generally do not think much about it.
 
Where Water Comes From?
Water covers 70 percent of the Earth's surface and makes up about 60 percent of your body. There's a limited supply, but it's filtered and recycled constantly -- outside by the water cycle and in our body by our kidneys.
 
What Makes Water, Water?
Water is the only substance on Earth that occurs naturally in three forms i.e. a solid, a liquid and a gas. Known as the universal solvent, it can dissolve just about anything.
 
Water as energy Source
Water is a source of power. Falling water turns turbines in a hydroelectric plant, and steam does the same thing in a nuclear plant. Along with heat, water is also the only byproduct of some types of fuel cells.

Different people have different percentages of their bodies made up of water. Babies are born about 78 % and at the age of one, the amount drops to 65 %. Since fat tissue does not have as much water, hence in adult women. When fat makes up more of the body, they have about 55% of their bodies made of water.
